VAC-7H blast media recovery system is an electrically operated vacuum blast media recovery system, equipped with a 0.3 m3 free-standing storage silo and an extra powerful side channel blower. The VAC-7H Abrasive Recovery System can be universally used for recycling for further reuse or for a Big Bag filling station for disposal. VAC-7H blast media recovery system is equipped with an integrated high-performance cartridge filter with pulse-jet cleaning, a 0.3 m3 free-standing storage silo for manual refilling of the blast pot (manual shut-off valve), floor hopper, suction hoses.

Application

The VAC-7H Abrasive Recovery System is specifically designed to recycle used blast media for reprocessing and reuse or disposal. The blast media is sucked into the free-standing storage silo by the vacuum suction system, from where it either falls into a blasting pot below for reuse or into a big bag for disposal. With a more powerful side channel compressor, the system enables recovery of up to 5 tons per hour at a distance of up to 20 meters. Despite its high performance, it is a compact system which, due to its small size, offers a very high level of flexibility and is ideal for applications with limited space.
